The Balmoral Hotel is one of the most popular conference venues in Belfast offering an excellent range of corporate facilities.  We offer Conference Suites & Function Rooms accommodating up to 350 delegates theatre style or up to 250  for a banquet or any major event, celebration, awards dinner, exhibition or gala dinner dance.  

We provide you with a quality of choice, supported by our management and banqueting team who will be continually on hand to assist you through every stage of your event. Both the Richmond and Westbury Suite are located on the ground floor for privacy and security.  They are multi-purpose venues for meetings and functions, tailored for smaller and medium sized events. We have a range of corporate packages to meet the needs of your meeting or conference and special rates for overnight stay.  Our corporate menus include a banqueting four course meal and light refreshment catering services.

Richmond Suite

  • Theatre Style setup – Maximum of 100 people
  • U Shape Style setup – Maximum 35 people
  • Boardroom Style setup – Maximum 50 people
  • Cabaret Style setup – Maximum 54 people
  • Dinner Style setup – Maximum 120 people
  • Dinner Dance Style setup – Maximum 100 people.

A mobile wall in the middle of the rooms allow flexibility in function capacities and function room configurations.


Grand Ballroom

The Ballroom with its high ceilings has a contemporary yet glamorous look.  It is located on the ground floor for privacy and security with easy access to a disabled toilet.  It is an ideal conference venue or multi-purpose meeting/function room for large sized events, with PA system and Free WiFi.
